A delicious and versatile condiment perfect for seafood, sandwiches, or as a dip for fried foods. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
- 1 dl fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 dl red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.
2. Stir in the chopped capers, parsley, and red onion.
3. Season with salt and black pepper, and combine all ingredients well.
4. Allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
5. Serve the remoulade sauce with fish, on bread, or alongside fried foods.
