Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes or slices.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and let cool.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the drained potatoes to the skillet and fry for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5. Season the fried potatoes with salt, black pepper, rosemary, and crushed garlic. Mix well.
6. Fry for an additional 5 minutes until the garlic is slightly toasted.
7. Serve warm, sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top if using.
