Ingredients:
- 200 g pie dough - 300 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., chanterelles or button mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese (e.g., Emmental or Gouda)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).2. Roll out the pie dough and line a pie dish with it. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in butter in a pan until soft.
4. Add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and cook until the moisture has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
5. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, eggs, and grated cheese. Add the mushroom mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the filling over the pie crust and smooth the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
