A savory pie made with a delightful mix of mushrooms and vegetables, perfect for a cozy meal.

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 0.5 dl grated carrot
- Cooking oil for sautéing
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 dl whole wheat flour
- Water (as needed)
- 50 g rutabaga, diced
- 50 g carrot, diced
- 1 dl chopped mixed mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms, chanterelles, shiitakes)
- 1 dl grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Sauté the chopped mushrooms, grated carrot, and diced rutabaga in a pan with some cooking oil until softened.
2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon pepper.
3. Add the egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and sautéed vegetables to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
4. If necessary, add water until the batter reaches a suitable consistency.
5. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish and smooth the surface.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
