Ingredients:
- 200 g pie dough
- 300 g assorted mushrooms (e.g., champignons, chanterelles, funnel chanterelles)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g cooking cream
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese (e.g., Emmental or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Roll out the pie dough and press it into a pie dish.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
4. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
5. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
6. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and the moisture has evaporated.
7. In a bowl, mix the cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the mushroom mixture and grated cheese.
8. Pour the mixture over the pie dough.
9. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
