- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 200 g quark
- 100 g cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 200 g ready-made pie crust
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Prepare the mushroom filling: Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Heat butter or oil in a pan and sauté the onion briefly. Add the mushrooms and cook until the moisture has evaporated. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
