Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas - 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 3.5 oz chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin pan with paper liners.2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
3. Add the sugar, milk, oil, and eggs. Mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla sugar.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
6. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips gently.
7. Divide the batter among the muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are risen and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
