Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 300 g sour raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
3. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
4. Whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
5. Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix well.
6. Combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk.
7. Gently fold in the sour raspberries.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
9. Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
10. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
