Ingredients:
- 2-3 overripe bananas
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
2. Mash the overripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
3. Melt the butter and add it to the banana mixture. Mix well.
4. Add the sugar and eggs, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and fold gently.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through (test with a toothpick).
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
