Ingredients:
- 2-3 overripe bananas
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Mash the overripe bananas in a bowl.
3. Add the melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
4. Add the sugar and egg, then stir until smooth.
5. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt).
6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until combined.
7. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through (check with a toothpick).
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
