A delicious and moist blueberry pie made with a sweet yeast dough, perfect for winter baking with the flavor of frozen blueberries.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions:

1. Warm the milk until it's lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add sugar, egg, melted butter, cardamom, and salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour to the mixture until it becomes elastic and pulls away from the bowl sides.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Let it rise covered with a cloth in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Grease a pie dish and pour the dough into it, shaping it along the edges.
6. Combine the blueberries with cornstarch and pour them over the dough.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
