Ingredients:

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long strips.
2. Boil the potato strips in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
