A fresh and delicious apricot beverage, perfect for a summer day. Enjoy it as a drink or turn it into delightful frozen pops.

Ingredients

- 400 g apricots (fresh or frozen)
- 500 ml sparkling water or lemonade
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice (optional)

Instructions

1. Rinse the apricots and remove the pits.
2. Place the apricots in a blender. Add the sparkling water or lemonade, honey or sugar, and lime juice.
3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
4. Pour some of the drink into glasses and enjoy immediately.
5. Pour the remaining drink into ice pop molds and freeze for a few hours until completely frozen.
6. Enjoy the frozen apricot pops on hot summer days!
