Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 10 g cardamom
- 10 g cloves
- 25 g cinnamon
- 1 liter vodka
- 100 ml red wine
- 50 ml port wine
- 300 g sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine all spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon) in a large pot.
2. Add the vodka and mix well.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat, ensuring it does not boil.
4. Allow the mixture to steep for about 30 minutes.
5. Add the red wine and port wine, and stir.
6. If desired, add sugar and stir until dissolved for a sweeter flavor.
7. Let the glögi cool slightly before serving.
8. Pour the glögi into glasses and enjoy warm.
