Ingredients:
- 2 dl black currant juice
- 2 ½ dl water
- 2 orange peels
- 1 lemon, sliced
- ½ tbsp whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions:
1. Pour the black currant juice and water into a pot.
2. Add the orange peels, lemon slices, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat, making sure not to boil.
4. Let the glögi steep for about 20-25 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
