A lovely and stunning white birthday cake, perfect for any celebration. This cake will charm everyone with its appearance and taste! Preparation Time: 2 hours
Serving Size: 12-14 pieces
Ingredients:
- 4 dl all-purpose flour - 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 3 eggs
- 200 g cream cheese
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 200 g fondant
- Decorations (e.g., berries, chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the milk, oil, and eggs. Stir until the batter is smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the cake is done.
5. Allow the cake to cool completely before filling.
6. Whip the cream and mix it with the cream cheese. Sweeten if necessary with sugar.
7. Slice the cake into two layers and fill the layers with the cream cheese mixture.
8. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the remaining whipped cream.
9. Roll out the fondant into a smooth sheet and cover the cake with it.
10. Decorate the cake as you like with berries or other decorations.
