A delicious peach and raspberry jam that's perfect for adding to yogurt, baked goods, or as a topping for breakfast.
Preparation Time: Over 60 minutes
Serving Size: Approximately 4-6 dl
Ingredients:
- 500 g peaches (sliced)
- 200 g fresh raspberries
- 2 dl water
- 200 g sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 dl vodka
Instructions:
1. Layer the sliced peaches and raspberries in a clean, heated glass jar.
2. In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool.
3. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the sugar syrup.
4. Add the vodka to the cooled sugar syrup and mix well.
5. Carefully pour the syrup over the fruit in the jar.
6. Seal the jar tightly and store it in the refrigerator. Let it infuse for at least 24 hours before using.
