A sweet pink bear cake perfect for a little girl's birthday party, decorated with fun details and filled with delicious strawberry mousse.

Serving Size: 12-14 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl butter
- 2 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 5 dl strawberry mousse
- 400 g pink fondant (Satin Ice)
- Bear decorations
- Blocks for additional decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
6. Allow the cake to cool before cutting it into two layers.
7. Fill the layer with strawberry mousse and place the second layer on top.
8. Cover the cake with pink fondant and shape it into your desired decorations.
9. Add bear decorations and blocks on top of the cake.
