Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 0.5 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl winter forest jam (or any berry jam)
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the muffin tin or use paper muffin liners.
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. Add the milk, oil, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
4. Gently fold in the winter forest jam, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the batter.
5. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
