Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes - 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries once during baking.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
