Ingredients:

- 600 g salmon fillet
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 dl cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and place it in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and crushed garlic.
4. Pour the sour cream sauce evenly over the salmon.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
