Ingredients:
- 2 carrots - 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper (preferably pink or yellow)
- 150 g green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into thin strips. 2. Rinse the zucchini and slice it into strips as well.
3. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
4. Rinse the green beans and trim the ends off.
5. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and green beans to the pan. Cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
