Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the potatoes at 200°C (about 400°F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning the potatoes halfway through cooking.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
