A delicious savory spread perfect for any gathering.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- Anchovy fillets in oil
- 1 dl crème fraîche
- 1 red onion
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 dl light cream cheese (13% fat)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 25 g dill
- 25 g parsley
- Rye bread
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Cut the rye bread slices in half.
2. Finely chop the red onion.
3. Blend the anchovy fillets and mix them with the crème fraîche and cream cheese.
4. Add the chopped onion, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, dill, and parsley to the mixture. Stir well.
5. Spread the anchovy mixture onto the bread slices.
6. Lightly fry the bread slices in cooking oil until golden brown.
7. Garnish with pea shoots and arugula before serving.
