A delightful little wedding cake featuring chocolate cake, strawberry mousse, and chocolate mousse, adorned with cute chick decorations and beautiful pink and turquoise details. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake Base- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl milk
- Strawberry Mousse
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 50 g sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- Chocolate Mousse
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 50 g sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- Topping and Decoration
- 200 g fondant (pink and turquoise)
- 2 chick decorations (ready-made)
- Colorful sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chocolate Cake Base: Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the mixture alternately with the milk. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool.2. Make the Strawberry Mousse: Soak the gelatin sheets in water. Puree the fresh strawberries and mix with mascarpone and sugar. Whip the cream and fold it into the strawberry mixture. Melt the gelatin and incorporate it. Pour the mousse over the cooled cake.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Mousse: Melt the dark chocolate. Soak the gelatin sheets in water. Mix mascarpone and sugar. Whip the cream and combine it with the melted chocolate and mascarpone. Add the melted gelatin. Pour the mousse over the strawberry mousse.
4. Chill the Cake: Allow the cake to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Decorate the Cake: Cover the cake with fondant and decorate with chick figures and colorful sprinkles.
