Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long strips.
2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 15 minutes to remove excess starch.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
4. Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the oil and seasonings, and mix well.
5. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
