A delicious chanterelle pasta that is quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings

Ingredients:

- 250 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh chanterelle mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some of the pasta water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and chanterelle mushrooms to the pan. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and the moisture has evaporated.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and combine all ingredients well. If the mixture is too dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh parsley.
