This delicious chantrelle mushroom pasta is a perfect way to utilize fresh chantrelle mushrooms. Quick and easy to prepare, this dish is a great choice for a weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 400 g chantrelle mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the onions. Sauté until they are soft.
3. Add the chantrelle mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown and the moisture has evaporated.
4. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and combine. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
6. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
