Instructions:
1. Cut the baguette open along one long side, ensuring the halves remain connected.
2. Layer the cheddar cheese, followed by the ham, salami slices, tomato, onion rings, and lettuce inside the baguette.
3. Add your desired amount of house sauce.
4. Season with black pepper to taste.
