Ingredients:

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking.
6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
