Delicious and crispy, French fries make the perfect side dish for burgers or salads. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes - 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. In a bowl, toss the potato strips with oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
6. Serve immediately.
