These delicious chocolate waffles are easy to make and are complemented by a refreshing blueberry cream. Perfect as a dessert or even for lunch.

Ingredients:

- 2 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
- 100 g dark chocolate (melted)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the buckwheat flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry mixture. Mix well.
3. Stir in the melted dark chocolate until the batter is smooth.
4. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it.
5. Pour the batter into the center of the waffle iron and close it. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are cooked and crispy.
6. Serve the chocolate waffles with refreshing blueberry cream and a drizzle of coconut sugar syrup.
