Chocolate Blueberry Fondant

A mouthwatering chocolate blueberry fondant that reveals melting white chocolate and delicious blueberries inside. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 4.Ingredients:
- 50 g butter
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 dl (granulated) sugar
- 1/2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1-2 dl blueberries
- (white chocolate for the center)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a water bath, stirring until smooth.
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Gently fold in the flour.
3. Carefully combine the melted butter and chocolate mixture with the egg-sugar-flour mixture. Add the blueberries and mix gently.
4. Divide the batter into ovenproof ramekins and place a piece of white chocolate in the center of each fondant.
5. Bake the fondants in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for about 10-13 minutes.
6. Serve immediately with fresh blueberries and grated white chocolate on top.
