Ingredients:
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 100-150 g fresh spinach
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Spaghetti (200 g)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
2. Place the spinach leaves in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Drain the spinach in a colander and rinse with cold water. Chop the spinach finely.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl and mix in the ricotta cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Add the chopped spinach to the ricotta mixture and stir well.
6. Combine the spinach-ricotta sauce with the cooked spaghetti and mix thoroughly.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
