A delicious and crispy side dish perfect for any meal. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and this recipe serves approximately four people.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Cut them into long strips.
2. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the potatoes are evenly spaced for even cooking.
4. Bake the potatoes at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn the potatoes halfway through the baking time.
5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
