Ingredients:
- 4 cups orange sorbet (or other citrus sorbet) - 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine (e.g., Prosecco or Cava)
- Fresh fruit slices (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Take the orange sorbet out of the freezer and let it soften slightly for about 5 minutes. 2. Scoop the sorbet into champagne glasses, about 1-2 scoops per glass.
3. Pour the chilled sparkling wine over the sorbet.
