A refreshing and unique frozen treat with a savory twist. Perfect for a summer gathering!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + freezing time
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 dl vodka
- 1 liter mildly salted tomato juice
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Chill the mixture in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes.
3. Transfer the mixture to the freezer and allow it to freeze completely.
4. Shape the celery stalks into spoons for serving.
5. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for ten minutes to soften slightly.
6. Serve the sorbet with the celery stalk spoons.
