A delicious Danish open sandwich made with rye bread and a variety of tasty toppings. Perfect for lunch or a snack.

Ingredients:

- 4 slices of rye bread
- 100 g butter
- 200 g gravlax (cured salmon)
- 1 dl fresh dill
- 1 avocado
- 1 small red onion
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 dl sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Spread butter on the slices of rye bread.
2. Place the gravlax on top of the bread.
3. Chop the avocado and add it over the salmon.
4. Slice the red onion and tomatoes, and place them on the sandwich.
5. Add fresh dill and season with salt and pepper.
6. Spoon sour cream on top.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
