A delicious mushroom and bell pepper soup that combines wild mushrooms and sweet peppers, creating a rich and flavorful dish. Perfect as an appetizer or a light main course. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 50 g Koskenlaskija cheese- 50 g butter
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 dl cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 3 dl wild mushrooms
- 3 dl water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
1. Slice the bell pepper and chop the onion and mushrooms.2. Sauté the onion in butter, adding salt and sugar.
3. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until softened.
4. Pour in the water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the sliced bell pepper, cream, and sweet chili sauce. Let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the soy sauce and crumbled Koskenlaskija cheese. Mix well until the cheese has melted.
7. Serve hot.
