A delicious salad that combines tender smoked beef, creamy brie cheese, and sweet jam, creating a perfect blend of flavors. This salad is quick to prepare and is great for festive occasions.

Ingredients:

- 1 package Herr Snellmann's large tender Smoked Beef slices
- Brie cheese
- Taffel Honey Peanuts
- Arugula
- Domestic Iceberg lettuce
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Jam of your choice

Instructions:

1. Chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and mix it with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Cut the smoked beef slices in half and roll each half up.
3. Add arugula leaves to the lettuce mixture.
4. Cut small wedges from the brie cheese and arrange them on top of the salad.
5. Place the lettuce mixture on the bottom of a plate and layer the other ingredients on top.
6. Finish the dish with your desired sweet jam over the brie cheese.
