Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash them with butter and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a pan, heat the butter and cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
3. Chop the cabbage and quickly sauté it in the pan after the fish, until it softens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve the salmon with the mashed potatoes and sautéed cabbage. Garnish with fresh herbs.
