Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 100 g sugar
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., hazelnuts or almonds)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the berries and place them in a bowl. Mix in the sugar and lemon juice. Let the berries marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until fluffy.
3. Gently fold the yogurt into the whipped cream until smooth.
4. Divide the marinated berries into serving bowls and spoon the cream mixture on top.
5. Chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the servings.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
