- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 500 g cauliflower
- Margarine (about 30 g)
- 12 sage leaves
- Water for boiling
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Break the cauliflower into florets.
2. Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for about five minutes, until they are tender.
3. Melt the margarine in a small saucepan over low heat.
4. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the melted margarine.
5. Add the sage leaves and mix well.
6. Beat the egg and add it to the saucepan, stirring quickly to cook the egg.
7. Drain the cauliflower florets and transfer them to a warm serving dish. Pour the garlic-sage mixture over the cauliflower.
