*Delicious and healthy raw treats inspired by the traditional Runeberg's torte, perfect for a snack or dessert.* *Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus soaking time)*
*Serving Size: 10-15 balls*
Ingredients:
- 2 dl raw almonds
- 5 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl frozen raspberries (thawed)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 dl freeze-dried raspberries (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Soak the almonds overnight in plenty of water (8-12 hours).
2. Drain the soaking water and place all ingredients into a blender.
3. Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more raspberries as needed.
4. Shape the mixture into 10-15 equal-sized balls.
5. Crush the freeze-dried raspberries and roll the raw balls in the raspberry powder.
6. Place the raw balls in the refrigerator to set for 1-2 hours.
