A delicious and traditional Finnish treat perfect for celebrations and coffee tables.

Serving Size: 10-12 slices

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl jam (e.g., raspberry or blackberry)
- 1 dl cream
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
3. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
4. Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown on top.
6. Invert the baked base onto a sheet of parchment dusted with sugar and carefully remove the baking paper.
7. Spread the jam evenly over the surface of the base and roll it tightly into a log.
8. Allow to cool for a short while, then slice into pieces.
9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
