- Rhubarb juice concentrate or syrup

Instructions:
1. Start by placing scoops of rhubarb granita at the bottom of each glass.
2. Pour rhubarb juice concentrate or syrup over the granita.
3. Gently add the sparkling water so that it creates bubbles and leaves space for the ice cream.
4. Finally, carefully add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the drink.
