This refreshing green juice is the perfect way to kick off the year by detoxifying your body from holiday indulgences. The tartness from the lemon or lime adds flavor and refreshment, while ginger gives it a kick. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 small servings
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 200 ml water
Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Cut the apple and cucumber into small pieces.
3. Add all ingredients to a juicer or blender.
4. If using a juicer, extract the juice and pour it into a glass. If using a blender, blend until smooth and strain if necessary.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing green juice!
