Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g cream
- 150 g fresh strawberries
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder (for pure flavor)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Heat the cream in a saucepan until almost boiling, then pour it over the melted chocolate. Mix well.
3. Add the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, then stir until smooth.
4. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool to room temperature.
5. Meanwhile, puree the fresh strawberries and strain out the seeds.
6. Add the strawberry puree to the chocolate mixture and stir carefully.
7. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until it is firm enough to shape.
8. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
9. Roll the balls in powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
10. Place the truffles on a serving dish and serve with sparkling wine.
