Ingredients:

- 225 g butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3 dl sugar
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
