Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin wedges or sticks.
2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry them thoroughly with a towel.
3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
